Can I use Pylon with Google Workspace (Google Chat)?

Pylon has a native Google Chat integration for Google Workspace. To connect it, open the Google Chat integration settings in Pylon and follow the current setup guidance. Setup requires a Google Workspace super admin to grant domain-wide delegation and provide a dedicated integration user or admin account.

After setup, Pylon can read and send messages in linked Google Chat Spaces. You can link Spaces to accounts so their conversations flow into Pylon issues. Direct messages and group chats are not linkable; use the Google Chat integration setup guidance for supported Spaces.
