Can I use Pylon with Google Workspace (Google Chat)?

Currently, Pylon does not have direct integration capabilities with Google Chat. For customers who exclusively use Google Chat or Workspace for communication, the recommended workflow is to use email, chat widget, or ticket form support.

We do not currently have a timeline for when we'll support Google Chat.
