Can I upload a file as training data?

Yes, you can upload files as training data for the AI Agent. Do that, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Training Data under Settings

  2. Click Import Data and select "Import from file"

  1. Select a access level for the resource. "Everyone" indicates that the file's contents will be used in customer facing AI features.

The file will now be available to any AI Agent and AI Assistant features including issue copilot, Ask AI, etc depending on the selected visibility of the resource.
