Can I add users to Pylon if they don't have my company's domain?

Pylon currently uses Slack authentication, Google authentication, or Microsoft SSO to manage user access. This means users must meet the following requirements to access Pylon:

• Be a full member of your Slack workspace (not a guest)

• Have a valid Slack account with access to your workspace

  OR

• Have a Google workspace with your company domain that they can use to authenticate

• Have a Microsoft/Office 365 account with your company domain that they can use to authenticate

If they satisfy the requirements, you should be able to send them a direct invite from your Users page, either by selecting their Slack user or typing in their email.
