What is the default date range for issues on the Issues page?
Last updated: December 11, 2024
When you navigate to the Issues page without applying any date filters, the default view displays open issues with activity in the last 90 days, and closed issues with activity in the last 7 days.
If you need to view issues from a different time period, you can adjust the date range using the date filter options on the Issues page. This allows you to broaden or narrow your view based on your specific needs.
Note that applying the "Last 90 days" time range will yield a different result than the default view, since it will also show closed issues from the last 90 days.
There are several ways to access closed tickets that are no longer visible on the default board view:
Date Range Filter: Use the "Date Range" filter at the top of the board to expand the time frame and view older closed tickets.
Global Search: Use the CMD+K (or CTRL+K) shortcut to open the global search, which allows you to find any ticket, regardless of its age or status.
Search Page: Click the magnifying glass icon in the top left corner to access the dedicated search page for comprehensive ticket searches.
Tip: If you frequently need to review older closed tickets, consider setting up a saved filter with an extended date range for easy access.
