How do I change the account on an issue?

To change the account on an issue:

  1. Open the issue in Pylon

  2. In the sidebar, select a different account from the dropdown.

The following types of issues can have their account changed:

  • Manual issues you file from Pylon

  • Issues from your internal Slack channels

  • Email issues

  • Ticket form issues

Notes

Changing the account on an issue will also:

  • Unset the requester on the issue

  • Remove that issue from the original account's customer portal
