How do I change the account on an issue?

To change the account on an issue:
Open the issue in Pylon
In the sidebar, select a different account from the dropdown.
The following types of issues can have their account changed:
Manual issues you file from Pylon
Issues from your internal Slack channels
Email issues
Ticket form issues
Notes
Changing the account on an issue will also:
Unset the requester on the issue
Remove that issue from the original account's customer portal
