How do I add attachments to email tickets?

When responding to emails within a ticket, you can easily add attachments to your message. Here's how:
Open the ticket where you want to respond with an attachment.
In the email response editor, look for the paperclip icon in the bottom bar of the editor.
Click on the paperclip icon to open the file selection dialog.
Choose the file(s) you want to attach from your computer.
The selected file(s) will be added to your email response.
If your file isn't immediately visible, click on "Show Options" at the bottom of the file selection window and choose "All Files"
