How do I enable ticketing in Slack?

You can enable Slack Ticketing for all customers here.
By default, ticketing settings will be applied globally to all accounts unless a condition is added.
Conditional Filtering
Set up groups of customers that each have a certain set of ticketing rules apply to them here. You can create conditional ticketing settings for a specific set of accounts based on account fields by clicking the + sign at the top of the page. Then apply any account filters to narrow the audience, adjust the settings for that audience, and save your changes. Scroll horizontally to view all conditions.
