Pylon natively integrates with Linear's Customer Requests.

Setup

Go to Apps Directory > Linear and toggle the "Create Customers and Customer Requests" option.

How it works

Each time you create or link a Linear issue with a Pylon issue, we will upsert a new customer into Linear for you, create a customer request, and associate it with the given customer.

When creating or linking a Linear issue, we will use the domain of the issue's account in Pylon to either match with an existing customer in Linear, or create a new one if none exists. The body of the customer request will be an AI summarized version of the issue!

All fields are then editable directly in Linear as well.
