What is AI Mode and how do I enable it?

AI Mode is the toggle in the bottom-left corner of Pylon that opens Pylon’s agentic experience. When it’s on, you will default have Assist Agent as your first tab on every issue.

How to enable AI Mode

  1. Open Pylon.

  2. Look at the bottom-left corner of the screen.

  3. Turn on the AI Mode toggle.

  4. Once enabled, the Assist Agent should show up as your first tab on any issue. You can use it to ask a question or describe what you want help with.
