What counts as a paid seat in Pylon?

Pylon has two types of users today, from a Billing and Pricing perspective:
Seat Type | Cost | Description |
Full Seat (Admin or Member) | Paid | Anyone who logs into Pylon. |
Slack-only Seat | Free | People who respond to messages in Slack, use the Triage channel, but do not log into the Pylon webapp. |
