How to access multiple Pylon workspaces with the same email address

If you've been invited to multiple Pylon workspaces using the same email address, you may find that you can only access the workspace you were invited to most recently. Here's how to switch between different workspaces.

Using the workspace-specific login URL

To access a specific workspace when you have multiple invitations with the same email, use the following URL format:

app.usepylon.com/signin?orgslug=WORKSPACE_SLUG

Replace WORKSPACE_SLUG with the specific slug for the workspace you want to access.

Finding your workspace slug

To find the workspace slug for each of your workspaces:

  1. Log into the workspace

  2. Navigate to Settings > Workspace

  3. The workspace slug will be displayed on this page

Once you have the slug for each workspace, you can bookmark the specific login URLs to easily switch between them.

Note: you will need to be signed fully out of Pylon in your browser when navigating to the org-specific login URL.

Alternative solution

If you prefer not to use workspace-specific URLs, you can use separate email addresses for each workspace you need to access.
