How can I introduce the Pylon workflow to my customers?

When onboarding onto Pylon, you'll add our bot to your shared Slack channels. When doing so, you can introduce Pylon and educate them on this new way to get support.

Here's an example introductory message if you use support ticketing:

Hey team! We're starting to use a new support system called Pylon. Moving forward you can simply add a 🎫 reaction to your message here in Slack to open up a ticket. Please let me know if you have any questions. 

Here's another introductory message:

As a heads up, we’ve added Pylon to this channel. Pylon funnels messages from our customers to the Pylon support board, so we can stay on top of all your questions and feature requests. We also use it to send one-to-many broadcasts on feature releases, requests for product feedback, etc.

Nothing will be changing about this channel, please keep asking your questions!
