How do I unlink a Slack channel from Pylon?

To unlink a Slack channel from an account, open the account record in Pylon and use the channel entry under External Channels. Do this from the account itself, not from the accounts list view.

1. Open the account in Pylon.

2. Find the linked Slack channel under External Channels.

3. Hover the channel entry and click the x remove control.

If selecting the channel name opens a dropdown instead of removing it, hover the channel entry and use the small x beside it. Removing the channel also clears it as the primary external channel when that channel was set as primary.

If you archived the Slack channel already, you can still unlink it from the account in Pylon using the same remove control.
