Implementation Packages

Pylon offers two implementation packages to help you get started, depending on your team's needs and the level of support you require.

Implementation packages naturally have the biggest value when starting in Pylon - specifically when you are doing a migration; however, Data Migration and Implementation are technically independent from each other. Talk to your AEs to figure out what works best for you. The following describes the scope of the implementation packages. Please note:

Package: Standard

Best for: Teams that want to get the best out of Pylon and are confident in their abilities. This works best for most customers. The package is designed to have a smooth onboarding experience with expert guidance and best practices - usually combined with a migration.

What's included:

• Discovery and best practices

• Project Plan to guide you through your implementation of Pylon

• Office hours: 30-minute sessions, available to answer questions & provide best practices - 1x per week during your onboarding period.

• If you are also buying a Data Migration, we can only migrate tickets in a closed state.

Pricing: 1000 USD

Package: Hightouch

Best for: Customers with complex use cases, rollout strategies, or those who simply want more implementation support. Our Hightouch package provides more tailored guidance and in-depth use case evaluation.

What's included:

• You get a dedicated resource who can meet with you 1-2x weekly (30min)

• Includes discovery sessions, guided workflow best practices & review, and end-user enablement training (if needed)

• If you are also buying a Data Migration, we can migrate open email ticket threads

• Guidance on how to administer your Pylon instance
