Can I configure Slack integration to only create tickets from @mentions?

Currently, the platform tracks all conversations in channels where the bot is installed. When the bot is present in a Slack channel, it will automatically create issues for all conversations, not just @mentions. This comprehensive tracking helps power the AI features and maximizes the platform's value for your team.

Viewing Ticket-Only Issues

To more easily view and manage ticket-specific issues, you can create a custom View in your issues dashboard if you have ticketing enabled 📄 What's considered a Ticket?

  1. Go to the Issues Dashboard

  2. Click "Create View"

  3. Add a filter for "Issue Type = Ticket"

  4. Save the view for easy access

This filtered view will help you focus on ticket-type issues while still maintaining the benefits of comprehensive conversation tracking.
