Can I export Knowledge Base articles?

Individual Articles

Individual knowledge base articles can be exported to PDF format for offline viewing or sharing. Here's how:

  1. Open the knowledge base article you wish to export within Pylon

  2. Click the overflow (three dots) menu in the top right corner of the article

  3. Select the print option and save as PDF

Multiple Articles

You can also export knowledge base articles in bulk by selecting the relevant articles and clicking "Export to PDF".

Entire Knowledge Base

Additionally, you can export the entire Knowledge Base, found in the General Settings.
