Understanding and Managing Article Feedback

Viewing Article Feedback

You can view feedback received on your knowledge base articles by navigating to your article's Performance tab and selecting the Feedback section. The feedback dashboard shows ratings and comments left by readers.

User Identification in Feedback

By default, any visitor can leave feedback on articles. When feedback is submitted:

  • For logged-in users: Their identity is captured with the feedback

  • For anonymous visitors: No identifying information is available

Restricting Feedback to Logged-in Users

Currently, there is no built-in option to restrict feedback to only logged-in users. If you're concerned about spam, we recommend monitoring your feedback regularly and reporting any suspicious activity to our support team.
