How does deleting an issue affect analytics?

Sometimes you want to delete an issue because it's irrelevant to track like spam. If you delete an issue, how does that affect analytics?
Where it will delete out of analytics
Issue will disappear from your dashboard if they're charts that directly use the issue data, so graphs like Issues over Time and Issues by Assignee
Where it won't delete out of analytics
Charts that are based off of a metric that involved a rollup calculation will still have the data from the deleted issue. Examples of these include Handle Time and Custom Fields.
