How does Pylon determine which vendor avatar to show in the chat widget?

Agent avatars in the chat widget are displayed based on recent conversation history. The chat widget will show the avatar of the agent who was assigned to your most recent issue or chat conversation.
If you don't see any agent avatars in the chat widget, this typically means:
You don't have any previous chat conversations
You don't have any open issues assigned to an agent
Once you start a conversation and have it assigned to an agent, their avatar will become visible in the chat widget for future interactions.
