Slack outage

• In the case of Slack outage (e.g. Slack app is not loading, messages are failing to send, etc.) reach out to Pylon support by emailing support@usepylon.com or through the chat widget in the Pylon web app (app.usepylon.com)

• Outage updates will be posted to our status page

Pylon platform outage

• In the case of a total Pylon platform outage, reach out to Pylon support by emailing support@usepylon.com and our team will respond via email
