Why do I see 'No content found' in internal thread message previews?

For ticket form submissions, the preview section in internal Slack thread messages corresponds to the 'Description' field of the form. If this field was left blank during submission, no content will appear in this section of the Slack message.

Making the Description Required
To ensure there is always content displayed in the preview block of Slack messages, you can make the description field mandatory on the 'Web settings' tab when configuring your ticket forms.
