Creating private articles only accessible by direct link

You can create knowledge base articles that are only accessible via direct link and hidden from both search results and AI agent training by using the "Only accessible by link" visibility setting when creating or editing an article.

Use cases

This feature is useful for content that:

• Should only be shared on a 1:1 basis with specific customers

• Contains sensitive or customer-specific information

• Should not be included in AI agent training data

How it works

Articles set to "Only accessible by link" will:

• Not appear in knowledge base search results
