To improve the appearance of your knowledge base articles when shared on social media platforms, Slack, etc. you can customize the social card (also known as Open Graph image). Here's how:

  1. Go to your knowledge base settings.

  2. Navigate to the "General" tab.

  3. Look for the option to upload a new Open Graph image.

  4. Upload an image that represents your help center well. Consider including:

    • Your company logo (preferably smaller and not dominating the image)

    • Text mentioning "Help Center" or "Knowledge Base"

    • A background that aligns with your brand

  5. Save your changes.
