Is there a Pylon mobile or desktop app?

Currently, Pylon does not offer native mobile or desktop applications. The primary way to access and use Pylon is through our web application.

Mobile Access

You can access Pylon on your mobile web browser to respond to customer tickets, though you may encounter some behavior that is not mobile friendly. At this time, we recommend primarily using Pylon from a non-mobile device.

Desktop Access

For desktop users, the recommended method is to use Pylon through a web browser, Chrome is preferred though Pylon should work on all popular web browsers.

Future Plans

We understand that many users are interested in native mobile and desktop applications. While these are not currently available, they are on our product roadmap. However, we do not have a specific timeline for their release at this moment.
