My chat widget is not appearing

Chat widget settings
If you are setting up Widget chat and the widget or option to chat is not appearing after turning on the feature, you may have not properly configured the settings to allow these options to show.
There are a couple of places to check to ensure the chat option correctly appears for your customers.
First, ensure that the Default Hide Chat Bubble setting is disabled on the Config tab here to make sure that the bubble appears in the widget.

If the chat widget bubble is appearing but there is not an option to open a chat, check the Home Screen tab here and ensure 'Enable chat with us' is turned on.

Ensure app_id, email, and name are correctly set in your window.Pylon.chat_settings as outlined here. All three of these fields are required and must have a value.
