"Chat Support Channel must be different from Triage Feed Slack Channel" Error

When saving Chat Widget, you may run into this error

We disallow setting the Chat Support Channel to a triage channel. The reason being you can reply directly to your customer in the chat support channel unlike the triage channel. It would be very confusing if some threads replied but some were internal only.
