Can I customize the chat bubble icon?

Our Chat Widget allows for some customization of the chat bubble icon that appears in your dashboard. Here's what you can and cannot change:

Customizable Elements

  • Color: You can change the background color of the circular icon to match your brand or website design.

    • To change the background color of the chat bubble icon:

      1. Navigate to Settings > Chat Widget

      2. On the Design tab in the Styling section, select "Primary Color"

      3. Select your desired color using the color picker or by entering a hex code

      4. Save your changes

  • Behavior: Both via API and from the dashboard you can configure default visibility settings of the chat bubble

Non-customizable Elements

  • Icon: The icon within the circle cannot be customized at this time.
