How frequently does AI sync with data sources?

The AI system syncs with different data sources at varying frequencies depending on the type of content:

This means that any changes you make to your knowledge base articles will be immediately available for the AI to reference. However, updates to external documentation pages may take up to 7 days to be reflected in AI responses.

How to manually trigger a rescrape

If you need an external web source updated before the next 7-day cycle, you can manually trigger a rescrape:

  1. Go to Settings > AI Controls > Training Data.

  2. Click into the resource you want to refresh.

  3. Click Rescrape.

If a scrape fails, you can retry immediately. If a scrape successfully completes, you cannot initiate another rescrape for an hour.
