What are the file upload limits for training data?

Pylon supports uploading files as training data for AI Agents. File types that are supported include the following:

• PDF: maximum 100 pages, up to 32MB

• Images (JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF): up to 5MB

• Text files (HTML, Markdown, CSV, etc.): up to 500KB

• JSON files: up to 500KB

If images contain lots of text, make sure the text is legible, not too small, and that that the images are not too blurry. For PDFs over 100 pages, consider splitting them into multiple files.
