How to update Salesforce Account Mapping

If you need to update your Salesforce integration account mappings in Pylon, you can manage this through the Salesforce integration in Pylon:

  1. Navigate to the Apps Directory in Pylon

  2. Select your Salesforce integration

  3. Click on the "Account Mapping" tab

  4. From here, you can view and update the account mappings

If a Pylon account is not mapped correctly, issues from that account will not sync between the systems.
