How do trigger version changes affect queued time-delayed triggers?

When making changes to a trigger and saving a new version, you have two options:

Keep the queue: All pending triggered events will continue to process using the version that was active when they were queued

Clear the queue: All pending trigger runs are discarded and no tickets will trigger until they meet a new qualifying kickoff event with the current version
