How do I assign a contact with a common email domain to an account?

When tickets come in from users with common email domains (like Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.), they are not automatically assigned to an account. This is by design to prevent confusion and administrative issues that could arise from using free email domains as account domains.
Associating these contacts with accounts
To manually associate a contact using a free email domain address with a specific account:
Navigate to the Contacts page in your account settings
Find the contact you want to associate with an account
Click on their entry and assign them to the appropriate account
Once you've associated the contact with an account, future tickets from this email address will be automatically assigned to that account.
