How do I change the domain emails are sent from?

By default, emails sent from Pylon get sent as yourcompany@service.usepylon.com. To change the domain emails are sent from to your own domain, follow the below steps.

Steps to Change the Sender Email Address

  1. Navigate to the Email page under Settings.

  2. Locate the "Custom Domain" toggle and enable it.

  3. Add the necessary DNS records to your domain's DNS settings. This step gives our system permission to send emails on behalf of your domain.

Note: The exact DNS records you need to add will be provided in the Email Settings page after enabling the Custom Domain feature.
