Can I send a broadcast to both email and Slack in the same send?

No — each broadcast is limited to a single delivery channel. While Pylon broadcasts support Email, Slack, and Microsoft Teams as delivery options, you will need to create a separate broadcast for each channel you want to target.

For example, if you want to announce a feature release to both email recipients and Slack channels, you would:

1. Create one broadcast with Email as the delivery channel and add your email recipients.

2. Create a second broadcast with Slack as the delivery channel and select the relevant Slack channels.

Each broadcast can still fan out to multiple recipients within its channel — for instance, a single Slack broadcast can target many Slack channels at once.
