Why aren't my issues being auto-assigned to the correct account based on domain?

When contacts are created without being associated with an account (such as when they are added as email recipients), they may become "orphaned contacts" that don't automatically get assigned to the correct account.

To resolve this:

  1. Go to the Contacts page

  2. Filter contacts by using "account is no account" to find orphaned contacts

  3. Click on the "account" field for each contact

  4. Select the appropriate account to associate them with
