Does creating an Account from a call recording update the account notebook?

You can view and manage customer calls that have been synced to Pylon through the Apps Directory. Simply navigate to the Apps Directory and click on the Call Integration tile desired.
Associating Calls with Accounts
For calls that aren't associated with an account:
Open the call from the list
Click the "Add Account" option in the upper right three-dot menu
Select or create the desired account
Notebook Synchronization
When you associate a call recording with an account, the system will automatically trigger a sync of the notebooks. The notebooks should be populated shortly after the association is made.
Note: You may need to refresh the page after adding an account to see the updated account list.
