How do I move contacts between accounts?

If a Pylon contact is on the wrong account, you can move it to the correct account in a couple of simple steps.
Find the contact on the Settings > Contacts page here
Click on the contact
Click into the 'Account' field, search for the correct account and click it
The contact and all of their existing issues will then be moved to the new account.
It is not recommended to have a contact with the same email address in multiple accounts
