How do I use the Customers in Channel field?

The "Customers in Channel" field is a default account field populated by Pylon. You can use it to power customer success workflows, like:

• Finding empty channels with no customers in them - indicating they may have fallen off in your sales process or

• Finding channels with 1 customer user in them - this is a good signal to multithread so if your key user leaves you still have a point of contact

• Channels with a large number of customer users in them is typically a sign of positive engagement.
