How do I connect Outlook Calendar?

To connect your Outlook Calendar to Pylon:

  1. A Pylon Admin must enable the integration in the Apps Directory by selecting the Outlook Calendar tile and clicking on "Connect."

  2. After the integration is enabled for your workspace, users can connect their personal calendars by navigating to the Apps Directory and selecting "Connect Outlook Calendar."

  3. This will redirect users to the Microsoft account selector sign-in page.

  4. Choose the appropriate Microsoft account and follow the authorization prompts to complete the connection.

  5. Once successfully connected, historical meetings and meetings scheduled up to 3 months in advance will be visible in Pylon.
